Park has represented clients in the health care, manufacturing, internet, public relations and retail industries as a litigator, both prosecuting and defending matters for a wide spectrum of clients, from Fortune 100 corporations to start up companies, as well as individual litigants. Mr. Park's areas of practice include insurance coverage, bankruptcy, creditor representation, trade secret litigation, as well as general contract and tort litigation. He is admitted to practice in California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California.
Representative matters for Mr. Park include:• Successfully defended and resolved litigation against a start up biotech company against claims of trade secret misappropriation.
• Successfully prosecuted and resolved various claims on behalf of, and against, creditor entities in bankruptcy matters.
• Obtained insurance coverage for various claims of copyright infringement against an online distributor of various media.
• Obtained insurance coverage for harassment claims against national restaurant chain.
• Obtained insurance coverage for mold infestation notwithstanding prevalent exclusion.Mr. Park was named a Southern California Rising Star for 2006 and 2007 by the Southern California Super Lawyers magazine.

Prior to joining Mr. Retz, Mr. Park clerked for the Honorable Ernest M. Robles at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Park pursued a career for several years in pediatric oncology at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, working toward a cure for Neuroblastoma, a form of children's cancer.
Mr. Park graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D. 2000) and University of California, San Diego, (B.A.1993) in Philosophy, receiving also a minor degree in Chemistry.
